WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Jewish Tapestry, the leading provider of inclusionary Jewish education. Our curriculum is designed to highlight Sephardi, Mizrahi, and diverse Jewish heritage. Our goal is to develop an inclusionary attitude in students and teachers alike, so that we can build a stronger, more connected global Jewish community. We work with Jewish schools and educators to provide them with the resources they need to create a welcoming environment for all students.
The world will be a better place because of a connection amongst different peoples and Jewish groups through a sense of shared heritage, history, and culture.
Together we can spread pride in and knowledge of the narrative of the full Jewish tapestry.

Dr. Drora Arussy
Executive Director
Drora Arussy, EdD, MA, MJS, has produced eight online courses and organized international academic conferences in NY, across Israel, Cambridge (UK),and Rabat (Morocco). She is the co-editor of the Jews and Muslims in Morocco: Their Intersecting Worlds (Lexington Press, 2021) and author of Leah Nassi of Lisbon: An historical novel (Amazon, 2022). Her passion for pride in one’s identity is at the core of her endeavors.

Dalya Arussy Di Veroli
Content Manager
Dalya is passionate about finding ways to connect between diverse groups. She has an MA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, focusing on the history of Libyan Jews, while also holding an M.Sc. in urban planning. In both fields she has focused on social connections. At Jewish Tapestry, Dalya sees her position of managing content across multiple platforms as a means to building social bridges between audiences.
Moshe Singer
Audio and Video Editor
Moshe Singer is a multidisciplinary artist, educator and singer/ songwriter. He runs his own video editing business while teaching privately and serving communities using his creative skills. He is passionate about community work, especially when it comes to bridging the gaps within world Jewry, and has supported meaningfully towards many local and international projects and community organisations. He is also co-founder of Creative Gatherings, a grassroots community music and performance arts project based in Johannesburg. He is thrilled to be part of the Jewish Unity Through Diversity team.
